Experience is never limited and never complete. It is an immense sensibility, a kind of huge spiderweb of the finest silken threads, suspended in the chamber of consciousness and catching every airborne particle in its tissue.
Our field of perception is constantly filled with a play of colors, noises and fleeting sensations which we immediately place in the world.
These observations and our thinking shapes our view of existence and our world.
Interlude concerts can be described as listening sessions including
narration // poetry //
musical education // story-telling
By using narrative devices we show classical music through the lens of universal concepts and emotions.
Taking part in our concerts is to take part in a creative act
in which you learn to describe what you hear and find your own way to reflect on it .
Each concept lasts 30 min and can be extended to 1 hour. Concepts can be paired together freely.
Music is brought by our string quartet and occasional guest performers/speakers.
